zero doubts some longs (who were either frustrated or unsophisticated or just emotionally exhausted) sold

the Dec 2013 AGM went a long way for most JBI investors imo .. but not all

personally i don't need an *update* every day/week/month or Q

but i do think it's wise for mgmt teams under CONsistent attack to
do biannual updates .. on par with Dec's AGM

but that is just me ..

when i reference *transparency* >> i'm referring to mgmt's filing with the dolts

knowing what i know today vs 2011 or 2009 ...

i totally understand why legit OTC co.s go dark (i doubt JBI will based
on my expectation of the timing of various material events en route)

the expense of being current with the a**holes who turn a blind eye to
stock manipulation re: the OTC et al

is beyond reprehensible ..

few investors imo understand exactly what the wrist slapping by said
a**holes to Penson last week >> mean >> let alone why Knight's 2012
*glitch* was undertaken

this is why i want to see how *volume* CONtinues >> (odds are legit
JBII volume runs less than 20k per day)
and how the stock (regardless of the ticker) is *handled* pre and post uplist

the cynic in me after years of doing DD on this *filth* comes to the surface

time will tell
