NOTICE JBII TENDS TO PREVAIL LEGALLY
(1) According to the filings and all known public records, JBII is undefeated as a plantiff.
(2) Kidd suit was supposed to bankrupt us.
Round 1 -- dismissed without a hearing.
Round 2 -- sued and lost
Round 3 -- final round, settled for apparently an immaterial amount (no 8K) and dismissed
(3) Theresa Laws suit was supposed to bankrupt us.
Settled for an amount that was less than the legal fees JBII was accused of having.
(4) Kaplanis suit was supposed to bankrupt us.
Settled for almost nothing.
(5) Javaco and Judy Vasquez suit was supposed to bankrupt us.
Settled on terms that included she agreeing to PAY JBII over $300,000.
(6) Class action suit. Last known info there was a mediation date for settlement of the parties and the stock mysteriously spiked in price that day. Perhaps it went favorably for JBII?
