while same mgmt team is undertaking R&D with intent to transition
from start up status >> expected *perfection* via a system littered
with intentional speed bumps and PROs' smoke and mirrors

Greenspan's Dec 2006 comment about the *market* and
irrational exuberance .. comes to mind
