Suing has been mentioned, in PM's. The last time I E-mailed Gary, I had mentioned suing as an option and said at that time I thought it was not in our best interest. I gave him my thoughts on how to move forward, in some detail. That E-mail was 2 days before the 15D was filed. If we still hold the Sports M., I would be on board with a Class Action. 3,000,000 minus attorney fees of max 40%, we got 1,800,000 left, divided by his 295 number, (which I believe has to be wrong if we had 342 just recently), is 6,101. I've lost more than that, but, it's better than nothing.
