It seems that way... but if it is all true then its not that big a deal in the end. It just seems there is more caution to the majority of investors (and potential investors) with SNEY than what the company thought.... Either way I think we should expect a PR tomorrow or Monday to point everyone to what is happening RIGHT NOW and not focus on the past. I think it was CK who had mentioned early this year that he did not expect much of anything out of the Q.... granted as we got closer to its date I think everyone started to hope or even expect something more.... (probably due to the PR's you mentioned) ....That expectation wasn't met and the cautious and short term investors are bailing.. and some are trying to capitalize on the down trend also I am sure....
