I agree, by the time the communicate a PR they will probably be posting financials. In reality it's not a big deal IMO. They files form 15 last year in which they are not obligated to post on due date... Of course, they are doing their best to comply so when they get audited and full reporting they will have everything on a timely matter.
It's my only critism with the company, getting things done on the time that is expected... But, it's difficult to give away the right amount of time, many things happen along the way and we seen it before... And of course, the company always comes through
