Why would they cater to the boards after 16 months of waiting until the last possible minute. You know the answer, will be just enough to try to entice longs to stick. Yet not enough to lure new money into investing. I really don't care as how folks label me here anymore. Management has been a major cause for declinning PPS. Inexperienced at the very least. They have enticed shareholders from day one with the contracts amongst their own. We have been misled from early PR's and all but the longs have heed these warnings. Management prove me wrong. Please!
