Everything $BCAP has said it would do it has done (or has delayed and is now starting). Read the PR's over the past year, take a pen and cross off what's done and circle wants in process.
IMO a BOD announcement is imminent based on the original timeline for completion of the audit.
Everything $BCAP does has a legal ramification on the entire micro-cap market. They're a regulated company in the financial services sector. They have to be squeaky clean to acquire a TA, brokerage, etc.
There is nothing the bashers can do to stop $BCAP succeeding since there' areno share sales to supporting growth.
