It's low because the technology, after all these years, has not lived up to expectations set by management and it is unclear if it will be of commercial value in its final configuration.

You don't need NSS or FUD to have the price be where it's at given the reality of the situation.

All you need is early deep pockets realizing the game was rigged selling their shares.
