The document you sent me was not "Registered" with the state of Utah nor notorized. The document's (5ea) I sent you were notorized and registered with the state of Utah. 1) asigned Management responsibilities from Simon Hoyle to Sofia Newsome who were the principles listed on your document.. 2) Sofia Newsome was on the document "Registered with the state of Utah" as "Manager of TORQ" submitting the "Article of Dissolution" to the State of Utah. DUTV/Mr. McHenry signed as CEO of DUTV and submitted to the SEC the Quarterlys that they "DUTV" merged with Torq and they are making money ($1.1Million) . All "Start Ups" have up to 5 years to show a profit and we are well within that timeline. To date "ALL 10Q's and K's" have been filed as a "GOING CONCERN"

As for the phone conversation I had "Directly with Simon Hoyle's Secretary" was legitimate and I asked "quickly" what Simon Hoyle's role was at TORQ . Her Immediate response was "SALES MANAGER"......That is a far cry from "Vice President"....So there are two very important aspects to this....There is not a current filing "As of last week" when I querried the State of Utah about TORQ....They are "Non Existant: in the "Eyes of Utah"....There is the last 10Q for DUTV showing TORQ is a "Wholly Owned Subsidary of DUTV".

I would think at the very least the 3 "TWEETERS " you referenced would know when the 10Q is coming. Interesting how the TWEETERS being so ready have fallen "Silent".

Today is the 21st of May. One day before the 3rd Quarterly was filed last year according to the SEC Filings, I think purely coincidence, and for 2012 it was also filed in May. That is a trend we all would respect seing a more timely change.
