Unbelievable, but typical of OTC scams:

The manipulators of the scam convince those that they scammed that it was the parties who warned of the scam who are responsible for the dreadful PPS.
Absolutely, unconditionally false, and typical of the mindset of "marks" in Confidence schemes.

Some marks still left, it looks like. How about the "shills" (those who are accomplices in the confidence scheme).
