U.S. Justice Dept official in response to the CBS 60 Minutes MJ story told reporters that their "stance" on MJ legalization would be the same (unchanged) if the states vote on legalizing MJ. Very amusing, it looks like they are on their heels already making statements weeks before the vote happens, acting as if they will continue to go after MJ sales even if states have it legalized. Won't that be amusing to watch.
