I have been a long INVESTER here, but Bill said he didn't smoke pot [OK Bill Clinton] and now he is narking on every one? Tthe Feds have the whole sector on a cash only system. That's under the table money not OTC. I bet there is not one ticker in this sector that does not have two sets of books. This could be Revolutionary!!
