$UPZS Signs LOI to Distribute Its Frozen Pizzas in Asia; Company Sees Two Billion Prospective New Customers
UPZS today announced it has signed a Letter of Intent with Larasan Pharmaceutical Corp. to distribute the Company's popular, healthy frozen pizzas in Asia.
Larasan will distribute Unique Pizza and Subs' frozen six-to-eight-inch individual pizzas to up to approximately 500,000 of its distribution outlets that have frozen refrigeration display cases, and for which Larasan will earn a customary distribution fee. The Company expects to conclude a definitive agreement with Larasan by the end of the current quarter.
