Alan . With all do respect to Mr. Patrick Byrne who I am sure you will be the very first to admit is a great American. He has been waging a battle for truth, justice and the American way for years. It has cost him a fortune in personal wealth and days and nights of shear panic as the forces of evil from the dark-side played with both his life and his fortune. Patrick Byrnes has limited funds and his adversary's have unlimited funds. In my mind that makes him a real hero.
If you step back a minute I think you will see we are also in a battle here. So far it has cost Gerry Lenfest nothing. It has cost TelVue nothing except the constant yoyo of the share price which means nothing. Many will tell you it has cost the shareholders of TelVue money and that is not so.
