It appears that they included the sale of 7.5% of revenue of the Site 1 as income. Frankly, the wording is WAYYYY more important.
This strongly suggests that the 25% equity that we have or will trade is only from Site 1, and not any future expansion that is not associated with the site. If this is the case, that could be a fantastic deal.
