No, but we can do our own DD. The last council meeting mentioning rezoning appeared to be in reference to site 2.
Bill has said that zoning is not an issue repeatedly. If it is in fact an issue, he'd be up sh!t creek. Since he's said it probably 20 times and has no deniability if it became an issue, I'll take Bill's word for it until proven otherwise.
