You're right Matty, but stocks can run for awhile with a high rsi.  Actually, I believe exactly what you just said and I just put in a buy order for PHOT because it doesn't look like it has started it's run and I believe it went to a dollar back about four years after the Prop. 9 election.  And, thanks again for the 60 minutes heads up.  I DVR 60 minutes every week so I don't miss it.
