My take-away... OVERALL a GOOD SOLID report.....
Not sure what to make of the last sentence.....
The Company on February 19,2014 entered into a contract to acquire 51% of
Hemp-Technologies Ltd. for 15,000,000 shares of its common stock.
The Company is currently renegotiating this contract and has not closed on this transaction.
