IMO all TECO needs to do is increase market cap. Other similar oil companies have equivalent share structures. I doubt a new management team working off of equity will reverse split. If they do RS then IMO it will be during a huge and knowingly successful project that would only increase shareholder value. Get ready for the PPS to move north rapidly in the coming months!
