A shot across the bow of the SEC. It's a good step to let them know a few things.
1) You are not dealing with amateurs in Creative Edge.
2) If you continue to mess with us, we will seek all legal recourse available.
3) This company is already being watched by someone who will not put up with any skirting of the law, and certainly no outright illegal activity.
4) It is the illegal activity being done by MM and others that should be looked at! (He's almost saying, "You dumb SOB's are looking at the wrong people here, hurting the little guy AGAIN!"
