I think that two things are pretty important.....

1) INTL FCStone arrived and Stayed as a MM on Level II

2) I Think the TWEETER has been shut down

Opinion, I do not think the TWEETER would mis this opportunity to "Tweak " the communications just a bit. However, many on this site are sorting through the available information to understand one more piece of that puzzle....

Saralove, you wouldn't happen to be able to shed a little more light on that TWEETER would you????
