It is unlikely that financials will help PPS because during this stage of development most companies will show huge negative cash flow due to construction cost, acquisitions, minimal offsetting revenues, etc.
It is also unlikely that PR will help PPS (as we have already seen). Right now, IMO, it is best to hold shares and wait until the insiders who are selling use the now found wealth to reacquire cheap shares or recapitalize the company under a new lender/loan structure.
Just my opinions here. Still many twists and turns to come in this industry. Also, until revenues occur PPS probably will not be overly significant even with a license other than its intrinsic value.
