Please understand I am not here to bash nor do not construe anything that I say to be bashing however it is my opinion from various DD and sources that mchenry aint no rocket scientist and the delays and lack of progress are pretty much his inability to get stuff done. things still going in right direction but Gary has quite a wake of not getting stuff done behind him.

everything still points to huge things here just not on a timeframe anyone wants nor would expect it to take from a competent CEO
