After hearing this, I heard that building one is not compliant and that they have been told to get the property re- zoned (I hope I heard wrong), and they received paperwork of which they had not as yet opened of which may pertain to site 2 for re-zoning. I maybe wrong but that's how I heard it. Also they weren't to happy about a letter saying that the Municipal is involved with the project. Don't get me wrong, I am all for FITX to get all this crap behind them and move forward with the zoning, water issues and HC licence. I have a great deal of shares with FITX and a lot is riding on these issues, personally.
