WOW we have some spin masters here. Some of ya should've been DJs. The issue at hand is not building 1 or even building 2 but the expansion of SITE 1 and rezoning of SITE 2. There's no problem with building 1 or 2 on SITE 1 in which is the HC pending inspection. Currently CENBiotech will move forward with Building 1 once approved and then building 2, by then the whole rezoning will be taken care off & the final build out of all future buildings will take place.
