1. Lets be straight, if people are misled its not a purposeful action on my part. I like every one else am trying to make heads and tails of this video.
2. The city has yet to vote on any new zoning issue for site 1. You are correct that as of right now for five employees and a smaller scale grow it is approved.
3. Until lakeshore publishes its announcements/decisions nothing is official.
From the tone of the video it sounds like we have a small uphill to conquer.
4. Does HC recognize in its licensing requirements all or in part sites under ownership? I.E. if CENBIO is applying as a business do all of its sites have to meet specifications or does a designated area have to meet specifications.
5. To be clear, the council man states the council has no idea whats going on at site one and seems under informed as to what is actually happening there and quite upset that the letter to HC would as he stated (paraprase: IMPLY) that the city had municipal people involved at site 1.
