I use Fidelity, I am optimistic about the certs for 3 reasons
1. Its in their Quarterly report
2. Issued 2 PR's stating we would be getting them, and PR's cost money
3. Issued a PR on 5 12, which would not be an incentive to get new investors to buy shares. and the PR encouraged shareholders to call them. And again the PR cost money to post.
