Similar. Sovereign is a consultancy acquisition. Valuable, but we aren't talking a lot of people there. Very good on the grow side of things. Looks like PCG brings more branding knowledge to the table. It also looks like they are not a big operation....or at least not conspicuous. That is good in light of Cannabee and AVNE flops. I would say value add. These are valuable connections within Cali MMJ community. Looks like SKTO is building up there consultancy services. This will blend well with BBio and Pharmajanes.
