Yes, it is just notice to the town. He states that HC requires CEN to notify the town when they submit for license. So that was done in the first 20 seconds.
The vote came about after a further council discussion, regarding the council sending a formal letter back to CEN, on record. They decided only to send it to CEN, not HC. The letter is something like "to make sure CEN is aware that they need to rezone" the new property. Which Bill has stated he's aware of rezoning, should there be value added.
It's 70% audible in a quiet room with noise cancelling headphones.
