Appiphany and the independent film producer for financing the projects and will lead into further agreements governing production and distribution. The funding is going to be dependent on Appiphany passing a due diligence process in order to receive HMRC tax credits. These tax credits will provide the incentive needed to get the series funded. The due diligence process is currently underway.
