Talked to OTC Markets today. Apparently they lost one of the forms that the representative attorney is required to send them (it was undoubtably sent in). Unfortunately, OTC did not notify me of this last week, when I also called them. At that time they said "Our compliance team is overwhelmed. Therefore they expect to review the new information in three to five days."
I kept them on the phone today while they attempted to located the missing form. No luck. My next call was to our legal team, who is now resubmitting it. I have no further information on whether this resets the 3-5 day timer. Hopefully not.
I will be checking in with OTC Tue/Wed to follow up.
