Who knows. Could be registered anywhere. Could be an llc. Per the pr they work with Cali collectives. Probably brings some MMJ insiders to the mix to help with branding and working with the collectives. So it is not some to-da-moon acquisition, but it will help build the company. So it is reasonable news and let's ya know they are working to build the company. But yeah....needs to actually bring MMJ insiders to the table which it looks like it does.
