Per the latest filings i have seen, my understanding is that the preferred shares are convertable for voting rights only, unless i am missing something.
Shares Authorized Common Stock: 3,500,000,000
Shares Outstanding: 3,417,417,549
Float: 2,295,374,724 shares.
Preferred Shares 1,000,000 total 500,000 do not need to be converted for 5000:1 voting rights Number of shareholders of record: 187
