There is no major funding...don't expect to see any...it will look almost exactly like every other 10 they have filed. IMO.

The pps can't really suffer anymore unless they close up shop...IMO..the pps hasn't really suffered after each of the other 10's..

And don't forget the painter who keeps it at a certain pps..
