Scar - Tom needs to run the business on his timeline, not yours.  If you've been in business as you say, you would know that outside influences are disruptive, particularly when they have no idea what is going on within the company.  As a LONG who began this journey in March 2011, I find you to be particularly offensive for a newbie who hasn't really done his DD.

I do find, however, that you may have a certain expertise that, when harnessed, may be supportive of Team RFMK.  If so, I would be the first to welcome you aboard.  We have some nice plans when we reach our committed goals.
