we'll see a DA (definitive agreement) vs a LOI

just my 2 pennies .. but we first heard musings on 8.14.13 re: prox sales

budgets/financing and requisite paperwork *imo* should time out in the back half of 2014

however since i'd forgotten about other assets that could be sold
we may well see that first .. perhaps a Q b4 first prox sale is filed

regardless to me today's filing is welcome news

like another a few of us share in common >> beyond curious to see how *handled* going forward
