Much more interesting to me is the TIMING of all this, and whether they are about to seat a BOD and/or sell machines?
The side letter being gone is a very good thing also.
I have always thought an exchange of shares with a purchaser of processors would be a good strategy, giving each party an interest in the others success.
I also think the new board members should have a vested interest in the companies success through significant share ownership.
