Playtime, I agree as well. I never been with the "to da moon" crowd. Most people here are not either. I post rarely because of the viciousness from both sides, and none at IFLUB. So licensing, pps rising is going to be slower than most wish. (Yes, my hope 1 min. from now.) My added two cents:

Canada is, in reality a socialized country. The bureaucratic gears turn slow with small minds behind big desks. We also need to take into consideration that it takes time for HC to GET the request., then the date to be assigned, then the trip out, the inspection. After this, then HC people then go back, assign a review date, agree (positively) to the results, then the proper department personnel notifies FITX. You can add to this holidays, sick days and missed calls, etc., it's norman with what you'd expect with small minds permanently? sitting behind big desks.

Kinda like the DMV...
