There are almost 500,000,000 shares owned by HH and JW financial. I think they are the ones that keep dumping shears. Not the insiders. That is why you see so many shears sold in the morning and then the price runs back up they will not let this thing drop to far down so they sell 10 to 20 mil a day. For 5 or 6 days in a row. Then they give it a month and they do it again. Soon they will be at the point where they do not want to sell anymore and this thing will pop. (I say that because every time they dump we buy it right back up) it has been going on every 3 to 4 weeks for a couple of months now. So they should be just about to the end of what they want to sell hopefully then we will pop above $.10 easy.
