I assume the contract is done! If TECO can't ratify the contract after PR'ing another LOI then in retrospect the LOI should not have been PR'd. I'm not pointing fingers! New management has inherited zero credibility. The best way to fix the problem is "shut up, put up and then speak". At this point I'm of the attitude that if any deal isn't a 100% done deal then don't PR anything about it until ratified.
TECO can't afford any additional false starts. Let's try to hold on to half a penny for cripes sake and move higher with closed deals. I have a hard time getting excited about any TECO deals until the well is completed and oil is being shipped. It's been nice to "hope" for four years!
