This PPS drop has happened before. With the current drop or below this PPS I believe the license announcement will only bring this back to the .09's. Revenue looks like the only thing that is going to bring this up to any levels above .10 I also ponder when the license is granted if shortly after that the PPS will drop again to these levels on the anticipation of the first harvest, sale, shipping, invoices paid etc.,which would be a few months down the road.
