The shareholders meeting is a bit over a month away.. Friday there were $14.00 shares available for a part of the day. In your wildest dreams does anyone expect them to be there even before the meeting ?? There are $14.00 shares so you will bid $12.00. OMG. Why not bid $3.00. They took it down to that and how did that work out ??
