Doesn't the RXNB agreement have something to do with distribution and logistics? They don't need to be linked into the regional or national electronic medical records, I believe. They just need to purchase they own system and have practices in place to verify prescriptions and ship to patients. I imagine this is Dr. Sam's realm. Thoughts?
