The 5 employee limit is being confused with requirements for subsequent larger buildings. It does not apply to building 1 (the only building being inspected by Health Canada for license first).

Bill maybe you can answer this question about the 5 employees. Is it 4 full time employees or 5 employees meaning full time, part time, seasonal.

Peter as we are currently zoned agricultural there is NO LIMIT on the number of employees. If you add value, which we are not, then you are limited to 5 and need approval
