An interesting aside to your post. Just for sheer curiosity I checked some of my accounts to see what the current price of TEVE was used to display the present value of the holdings. I found Scottrade and E-Trade were both displaying $14.00 Fidelity was displaying $10.

Barchart showsthe $14 with no deviations up or down in the past 3 days.

In days to come, if some more trades appear, it will be interesting to see how the price is displayed on various venues.
