I don't know if processors can be sold given their limitations.
But if I had to guess what type of company would be a best fit at this stage I would have to go with an auto company. One of the ones JBI had dealt with all along since the first processor.
I would guess they have an appropriate volume of waste plastic of the right type and access to plenty of HTF.
Selling a processor will not be easy. The company will need to convince a buyer that they have a business model that will permit them to stay in business.
I would be skeptical if I was on the purchasing end of that deal.
But maybe the first buyer will get a deal that eliminates most of the risk.
