you are correct in that they don't have to file but then they are considered a non reporting entity and would receive either a caution or stop sign on their OTC info page, both basically mean buyer beware. They have been reporting and filing for an extension is not unusual. I fully expect them to report byt he 20th of May.

A license and a quarterly report would be nice back to back.....we'll see in a few days!
