What everyone needs to ease their minds about investing in any company is financials that have the share structure detailed. Not that it's a guarantee but for the most part most companies provide pretty accurate info. I doubt anyone on this board knows for sure about the restricted shares and if they've been sold, are being sold or will be sold. If so that's inside info which could cause a lot of problems.

They should have filed financials on 5/15/2014 but rather filed a late filing or extension. The quarterly report is due by 5/20/2014, hope this helps!
