Can somebody lay out how a R/S would ideally benifit investors long term. Obviously hearing R/S immeadiately sounds negative associated with a failing company. I'm thinking this situation with BMSN and Regen may be different then if it was a single entity on its own as the split should have no effect on Regen pps and BMSN should follow Regens lead. Higher PPS should attract better investors as well?
